What to Include in Your Message
A detailed first message lets us give a precise answer without back-and-forth. Please include:
- The service you are asking about: VPS, dedicated server, RDP, website or WordPress hosting, or a domain.
- Your audience: mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, diaspora markets or a mix, and the languages your site uses.
- Your workload: for example a WooCommerce store, an ERP connector, a staff desktop or an order database, with an idea of expected traffic.
- Operating system preference: Linux or Windows, and any control panel you plan to use.
- Deadlines: launch dates or campaign periods we should plan around.
- For existing services: the service name or IP address, a description of the problem and any error messages.
Where Our Servers Are
All Server in China services are hosted in Hong Kong SAR. We do not operate servers in mainland China. Our VPS, dedicated and RDP platforms in Hong Kong offer fast connectivity to Hong Kong, the mainland and the wider Asia-Pacific region, and dedicated servers are housed in a Tier 3+ facility with a multi-ISP BGP network blend.
