Server in China Terms of Service

These terms summarise the conditions that apply when you use Server in China services. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform, and the full client-area terms published at control.serverslot.com take precedence over this summary wherever the two differ.

Our Services

Server in China provides KVM virtual servers, dedicated servers, Windows RDP packages, VPS-based website and WordPress hosting, and domain registration. All hosting services are located in Hong Kong SAR; we do not operate servers in mainland China. Specifications, prices and delivery times are those shown on our pages and at checkout at the time of your order.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for everything hosted on or sent from your services. You may not use them for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk email, malware distribution, phishing, network attacks, infringement of intellectual property or any activity that breaches the terms of third-party platforms you access. We may suspend services that threaten our network or other customers, or that receive substantiated abuse reports.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the chosen period. Invoices are issued in the client area and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated. Domain prices are confirmed at checkout or on request, and registry fees are outside our control.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation through the client area at any time, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Please retrieve your data before the cancellation date, as terminated services and their contents are removed. Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry.

Backups and Your Data

Unless a service explicitly states otherwise, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend keeping regular copies in a location separate from your server and testing that they can be restored.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep services available and performing well, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the information you provide to deliver services, process payments and respond to support requests. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you select "Accept All Cookies".

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
